Things are getting serious on this week’s episode ofThe Bachelor.
As the number of women continues to narrow down, they’re opening up to BachelorColton Underwoodand letting him get to know the deeper sides of their personalities.
But before any of that can happen, the women pack their bags and jet off to Singapore, Malaysia, to continue their journey to find love.
“Could Colton lose his virginity in Singapore?” wonders Demi. “Maybe!”
I’m betting not, but let’s see what happens.
ONE-ON-ONE WITH TAYSHIA
The excitement of arriving in Singapore and settling into their new home quickly dissipates when the first date card arrives and awards Tayshia with the one-on-one. While Tayshia screams with joy, the other women (not so secretly) cringe with jealousy.
“I’ve never been able to have the opportunity to be able to do something like this because of my professional career,” Colton explains. “I never wanted to do something where I could be injured. I always played it safe.”
And while Colton was all confidence on the ground, he starts squirming at the top of the tower.

“Oh man, this is a lot higher than I thought it would be,” he says.
Colton jumps first, and as Tayshia puts it, he “sounded like a little girl” the entire way down. But she manages to follow and they both survive. WHEW!

Things take a more serious turn when Tayshia reveals that she’s been married before.
“I actually married my first boyfriend and I was with him for about six years,” she says. “You can’t make somebody want to be married. It’s the toughest thing I’ve gone through.”

Impressed with Tayshia’s openness and ability to recognize what makes her happy, Colton gives her the rose.
GROUP DATE
Back at home, the date card reveals a 13-person group date, leaving the next one-on-one to Caelynn — which, of course,sends Hannah B. spiraling.
“She got the one-on-one,” she says. “This was the most hurtful result that could have happened this week.”
The 13 women (Hannah G., Elyse, Kirpa, Syndey, Heather, Onyeka, Tracy, Nicole, Demi, Courtney, Katie, Cassie and Hannah B.) meet Colton to explore Singapore.
It’s an all-out war for Colton’s attention, with the women doing their best to have their own “moment” with him during the day. Most of the women handle the competition well (especially Demi, who even jumps on his back at one point).
Hannah B., meanwhile, feels like he’s purposely ignoring her.
“It’s hard to know how to act,” she says. “I tried to make conversation with him, and I feel like he doesn’t say anything back. I feel like his attention is on all the girls except me.”
Once the cocktail party rolls around, Colton assures her that wasn’t the case and that he’s simply trying to move on from last week’s drama. “I came to the conclusion that I’m okay with you two not seeing eye-to-eye as long as it doesn’t affect us.”
But don’t celebrate too long, where one fight stops another begins. Demi and Courtney butt heads after Demi does what she does best: steal Colton’s attention away.
During her time with him, she finally tells him that her mother recently got released from prison. Colton takes the information in stride, and Demi walks away feeling (take a guess) confident about their time together.
Back in the lounge, Courtney is freaking out about her lack of time with the man of the hour. “It’s really frustrating because I have been waiting patiently and being respectful to all the other girls,” she says. “I’m just trying to keep it together so that I can be in a place to talk to him.”
Demi encourages Courtney to take the initiative and approach Colton, but she doesn’t listen and continues to vent. “At the end of the day, you can’t make excuses and you have to act,” Demi says.
Fed up with hearing complaints, Demi decides to walk away and go get more time with Colton, which upsets Courtney.
“I was open about being upset about not having time with Colton and you acted like you were genuinely concerned,” Courtney says. “I feel like sometimes your actions and behaviors just kind of like solidify a maturity level.”
Demi isn’t taking it and lets Courtney know that she couldn’t care less about making the other women happy. And her tactics seem to be working, as she’s awarded the group date rose.
ONE ON ONE WITH CAELYNN
For the first portion of the date, Colton takes a page out ofArie Luyendyk Jr.‘s book and takes Caelynn on ashopping spree.
They have a blast and, of course, Caelynn looks phenomenal in literally everything she tries on. She returns to house with a handful of bags, leaving the other women insanely jealous.
“It’s been hard, but it shaped me as a person and shaped me into who I am today,” she says. “It’s a dark part of my history, but I’m not going to let it diminish who I am.”

“I want you to know with me you’re safe. I have had a situation in my past where I was in a relationship in which she was sexually abused. For me, that was the hardest thing I ever had to watch, going through something with someone — looking into her eyes and knowing just the pain associated with it,” he says. “Who am I to feel the pain when I wasn’t the victim.”
“I’ve been on the other side of it,” he says. “For me, for that to be my first love and the first person that I found for me and it didn’t happen. Opening up last year about my virginity wasn’t the easiest thing to do, but I think the thing I realized is everybody who asks me, ‘why are you a virgin,’ they expect this simple answer. They want a reason. My reason’s complicated.”

COCKTAIL PARTY
Demi and Courtney’s tension reaches a new high at the cocktail party when Demi makes a point to warn Colton about her nemesis.
“Courtney, she is the cancer of the house,” she says. “Out of all of the women here, the one person that I think that is definitely not deserving of your heart is her and I don’t want you to waste any more time on her.”
Like (conveniently produced) clockwork, Courtney comes in to steal Colton away. Naturally, he turns around and tells her everything Demi said.
Hello,Bachelor in Paradise?Anyway, after speaking with Colton, Courtney confronts Demi in front of the rest of the girls.
“You were mean, you attacked me, you said crazy things about my character,” says Demi, not backing down. “I am so not in the wrong in this situation.”
Demi walks away the winner of the night when Colton sends home not only Courtney but also her other arch nemesis, Tracy, during the rose ceremony.
“Dr. Demi cut out the cancer,” she jokes.
