Once again , Tom get the sweet scenes in this serial .

Hal jump leading Crumb through the respite of his twelve step program , but his heart just is n’t in it . The first time he judge this with Crumb , he was desperate . Now , he ’s sway by his own lapses into violence . He begin to suspect that he ’s not in reality helping Crumb ; he ’s just stave off the monstrosity for a while .
Hal commit his doubts in Alex , but only halfway . He gives her middling rhetorical questions , but does n’t profess that he of late murdered a loup-garou in their livelihood room . It ’s no wonder that she fails to understand the severeness of his existential panic . She decide she ’s going to show to Hal that the undead can live perfectly normal lives by consenting to a “ dirt day of the month ” with Crumb .
And my , how crappy that day of the month is . I sort of spirit for Crumb ; it ’s clear that he never developed the social tools that make second dates possible . ( Plus , there ’s the whole flake about him killing everyone he ’s ever loved . ) But he truly bomb the date . By the time Crumb gets around to ordering dinner , Alex knows all of Crumb ’s favorite cheeses . It ’s not clear that he knows anything about Alex other than that she ’ll never get rich . He ’s the anti - Tom .
Meanwhile , Rook is starting to feel a chip tautological . Bobby ’s found a new friend in Tom . Crumb appear to be rehabilitate . What is the man who protect Britain from teras to do ? That ’s where the Devil steps in . sea captain Hatch pretends to be an unfortunate who was once rescue from vampire by the Men in Gray , and starts whisper in Rook ’s ear over cards and booze . Such a shame your section is closing , Mr. Rook . Should n’t those bureaucrats get a predilection of the revulsion they ’ll see once you ’re start ? Rook hold . After all , this is the same man who made Crumb stamp out his own sister and niece to prove a point . Horribly , he traps Bobby in the hotel during the full moon , do Bobby to transfer in the hotel and unleashing him upon the Guest .
When wolfed - out Bobby appears in the hotel dining room , it ’s Crumb ’s last probability to be a paladin . rather , he wets himself . Hal care the situation and is ready to return to condition quo , complete with a cover tarradiddle about the hotel being flooded . Crumb , however , has other plans , tying Hal up in the basement of the household to make Hal feel like a dupe for a change . It ’s tough to say if Crumb had any sort of an end game in nous ; he seems to be acting out rather than try on to achieve anything concrete . But whatever Crumb had in creative thinker , it quickly lead amiss when Hal ’s evil side daddy in to say hello . This is the same part of Hal that killed Larry Chrysler . This is the monster .
Terrified that something so evil might be linger inside his own being , Crumb proposes a secret plan of vampire Russian Roulette . He and Hal each take one of the glasses of origin . One of them will die , while the other will become the monstrosity that feasts of human blood . Crumb drink before Hal , however , and gleefully accepts his werewolf blood - pay expiry . Alex bursts in before , throw the glass from Hal ’s manus before he arrest a fortune to decide whether he ’ll drink .
What ’s been sort of lovely about this serial of Being Human is that the Devil has tempt our Hero from behind the panorama , pushing and goad but not quite divulge himself . However , he may have nearly literally ham it up his hand with Rook . The Man in Gray seems to recognise that something is very wrong with Captain Hatch , and when Rook reveals that his final script of cards was the trinity of jack , queen , king , Hatch beat him with three sixes . Also , he gets inadequate Bobby to hang himself in the hotel . While the other characters are quick to explain away Bobby ’s suicide , Alex know that it does n’t make any common sense . Something else must have find .
Her suspicions may have come too late , however . After everything with Crumb and Bobby , Hal is less convinced than ever that being human is a possibility for him . He pluck out the flaskful of blood that Rook gave him at the offset of the series and drinks it down .
