A squad of researcher say they ’ve determine some building pulley of RNA in a molecular cloud close to the center of the Milky Way . The discovery has implications for theories about how life began on Earth — and perhaps elsewhere .
The molecular swarm is named G+0.693 - 0.027 . The team of astrophysicists , astrobiologists , and chemists conducted a survey of the cloud using two telescopes in Spain to take out detail of its chemical science .
Ribonucleic superman ( RNA ) is a molecule present in all living cells that behave similarly to DNA , though it is individual stranded . There isevidencethat RNA could have preceded DNA , base on science lab observations of ribosome , which are made up of RNA .

The recent squad found several organic molecules in the cloud that are part of a group call nitriles , which may have been important in generating RNA in the former universe ; the team ’s outcome werepublished todayin Frontiers in Astronomy and Space Sciences .
