The company has issued new community of interests guideline on Thursday that address what employees are allowed to say within the fellowship . According to the new rule , “ disrupting the workday to have a frustrate argumentation over politics or the latest tidings ” does n’t “ build community , ” and employees should , therefore , “ nullify conversation that are disruptive to the workplace or otherwise despoil Google ’s workplace policy ”
