Nico TortorellaandHilary Duffare close, but it appears their friendship has been taken to another level.
On Friday, Tortorella willingly tried a cup of hisYoungercostar’s breast milk, which he discovered was not as bad as he initially thought. Duff, meanwhile, watched in disgust and captured the entire thing on his Instagram Stories.
“I’m for real doing this right now,” he announced to the camera before taking a sip of her breast milk.
Immediately after, Tortorella stated in surprise, “Oh my god! It is delicious!,” prompting the actress to hold up her freezer bag of breast milk to prove that he had, indeed, tried it.
Tortorella then drank whatever was left in his cup before asking Duff, “Can I have some more?”
Duff, who recently gave birth to her daughterBanks Violet, wasn’t so easily convinced, and could be heard laughing in the background, before telling him, “You’re a sicko, dude.”

The formerLizzie McGuirestar,who has been open about her latest experience with motherhood, recently revealed that her 3-month-old daughtersuffers from colicand asked her followers for advice.
“Calling all parents of colic babies … this ends right?” Duffcaptioned a selfiein which she was holding her daughter — whom she shares withMatthew Koma— dressed in a red-patterned onesie, on her shoulder.

Similar to Tortorella’s adventurous taste test, Duff also revealed in November that she drank her placenta in a smoothie after giving birth and it was “delicious.”
“It was the most delightful smoothie I’ve ever had,” she said. “I haven’t had a smoothie that delightful since I was ten. It was calorie-filled with juice and fruit and everything delicious.”
Although Duff was initially hesitant to eat the placenta — “I was a little wigged out, to be honest with you,” the actress said — she explained that the theories claiming it would preventpost-partum depressionand stop the post-birth bleeding were enough to convince her to try it.

This isn’t the first time that Tortorella and Duff have shown just how close they are.
“I have two full sleeves on the show, so I have to sit through hair and makeup for like, an hour every day that I get to work to get all these fake tattoos on. And so I have to have my shirt off for that,” he told PEOPLE Now. “Then they have to dry for a little bit, so it’s just easier to not keep taking clothes on and off.”
But Tortorella didn’t apologize for his wardrobe (or lack thereof).
“We all walk around naked at some point in the day, right?” he said. “I just do it more often than others.”
