A U.S. Forest Service Officer on foot patrol along a democratic trail in Utah made a shocking discovery last week . A couple of dotty menrigged the entering to a fundamental shelter with booby traps . citizenry could have die .

On April 16 , 2012 , U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement Officer James Schoeffler was on foot patrol in this area when he came across one of these shelter . This particular shelter is know locally as “ The Fort ” . Because of his time in the military Officer Schoeffler has all-embracing experience with name booby bunker machine . As he investigated the tax shelter he noticed what appeared to be a trip wire near the ground at an entering . Upon further investigation he get wind that the trip wire led to a booby trap equipment which was made with a large stone , sticks point at both closing , and was harbour together with circle . This gimmick was deposit in such a way that when contact was made with the trip wire it would dangle toward an unsuspicious tramper or camper . Using Facebook , Officer Shoeffler and the Utah Country Sherrif ’s Office were able to place Benjamin Steven Rutkowski , 19 , and Kai Matthew Christensen , 21 , as the guys behind the hole . Based on the evidence discovered , it looks like they were n’t even done rigging traps . They had plans to do manner more .
We ’ll push aside the fact that in Utah it ’s not weird to discover underlying , survivalist fort while wandering around in the woods , and cut right to the chase here . These two men were clearly trying to really eff up someone ’s day the next time they visited The Fort .
