Jenna Bush Hagergot candid about her favorite throwback style item.
The television host, 42, revealedToday with Hoda & Jennathat she had a particular love for a certain men’s clothing item when she was younger after her co-hostHoda Kotbdiscussed her new love for sweaters while Christmas gift-shopping.
“I’ve decided I’m into cozy sweaters,” Kotb told the audience. “With a little pop!,” Bush Hager added.
“No, I’m into it! Do you know there was a period of time back in fourth grade where I was into wearing ties?,” Bush Hager said.
Kotb asked if it was “men’s ties” to which Bush Hager confirmed, noting that she wore them because they were popular from the tween clothing store Limited Too.
“Oh the Limited! Do you remember Casual Corner?,” Kotb. asked her.
“Oh I loved Casual Corner. But Limited Too was us,” Bush Hager shared. “So there was a period [where I wore ties], and then the nerdiest part of the whole scenario is we would make ties for our cats to wear to match us.”

She went on to explain that she discovered Bush Hager’s love for going commando right before the show, when the two had to change in the dressing area. “I just had a little shock with it,” said Kotb, recalling when she first “noticed.”
Bush Hager has had many years of experimenting with her own style, and celebrated her 42nd birthday — along with her fraternal twin sisterBarbara Bush’s — at the end of November with a sweetpost.
“What a wonderful gift it is to be partners in all with this sissy who I love with my whole heart,” the Today host captioned several photos of the twins at their celebratory dinner.
“Happiest birthday to the brightest light, @barbara.p.bush! Let’s write another book so we can go on tour. I love you so,” she finished.
“Happy birthday to my cover girl!!” Kotb captioned thetributeto Hager, who turned 42 on Saturday. “I love you @jennabhager.”
