Kris Jennercan’t wait to become a grandmother of 10.
Amid news thatKim Kardashian Westand husbandKanye Westare expectingtheir fourth child, a boy, via surrogate, the 63-year-old momager spoke to PEOPLE about her excitement over adding another branch to her rapidly growing family tree.

Jenner is thankful for the proximity to all her little ones, explaining to PEOPLE that she feels “so blessed to have my family live so close as I get tospend so much time with all my grandkids.”

“Kim lives right across the street,KylieandRobare just a few minutes away andKourtneyandKhloéare only a five-minute drive. Khloé throws weekly parties and get-togethers for the cousins, it’s the cutest thing,” she adds.
While Jenner can’t get enough of all the little ones running around, she’s even more thankful for the friendships her grandchildren will forge as they grow up.
“As blessed as I am to have all of my grandkids, they arebeyond blessed to have each other,” she tells PEOPLE. “They will all have best friends for life.”

Jenner has passed down her love of gift-giving to her family, who shesays give each other special itemseven when it isn’t someone’s birthday or a holiday.
“Sometimes you see something that makes you think ofsomeone and the best gifts areoften those heartfelt, random gifts that let someone know you’re thinking of them,” she tells PEOPLE.
In particular, theKeeping Up with the Kardashiansstar has made it a tradition to give each daughter a “sentimental gift” the day their child is born.
